1) Print the label and stick on the box
2) Add the delivery note so that we can process your return quickly. No refund can be made without a receipt.
3) Returns the package in one of the DPD parcel shops.
4) Have them sign the document that you printed with the date as proof of delivery.
The repayment can last up to 3 weeks. You will then receive an e-mail from the return service stating your return.
The amount of your return can remain in your account for the next purchase or you can request a refund.
